Hey, I havent logged in for awhile and i am not getting the error Your account has no access to this game how would this account have been banned or not given access?

Got the same message, and found that my wife and I have apparently been banned for account sharing, which sucks since we have always followed the rules and have never shared accounts. Appealing it but none of the staff are online in Discord during our evening time, which is the only time we can play as we both work full time and have kid duties, etc. Really ticked off.
