Whenever i log in (I have verified via email) i get an error., your account has no access to this game! whenever logging in.

Means you're banned.

How can i be banned? I registered an account - downloaded software needed - verified email when i used pheonix launcher - and i got the message upon first login ever - i have never even seen the character selection screen.
