What is the benefit of Superior Elixir of Instant Healing over Strong Draught of Healing?

Hi,

I am wondering what the benefit of Superior Elixir of Instant Healing is over Strong Draught of Healing?

Strong Draught of Healing
Cost: 5x Phoenix Tears, Ingedrients
Heal value: 230
Charges: 100
Cooldown: 1 Minute

Superior Elixir of Instant Healing
Cost: 75 Phoenix Tears, 2x Strong Draught of Healing
Heal value: 180
Charges: 100
Cooldown: 1 Minute

.... what? Why is the much more expensive version weaker as it's components?

What am I missing?

The strong variant is missing the cast time / animation and would require you to sheathe your weapons and make it so you can't attack for x seconds

Hmmm, I can use the Strong Draught of Power while casting. It shows an animation, but does not delay or cancel my spell. Or at least I do not notice anything. Is this working as intended or is this actually the behavior expected for the expensive instant versions?
