Weird cursor flimmering between 2 different resolutions

Sup,

I have a weird issue where my cursor always jumps from 2 resolution to the other (see vid). Does anyone know how to fix this? It's driving me INSANE!

Does this just happen in the top left part of the screen?

No, it happens everywhere on the screen. The cursor switches between my ingame resolution and my desktop resolution.

Well, this kind of behaviour is usually just happening, when you are running the classic fullscreen mode in combination with a lower game resolution than on desktop.
Did I summarize that right?

If yes, change either the desktop or in-game resolution so they are matching each other; it's an old DirectX 9 issue.
Set it to borderless window to automatically scale the client to the desktop resolution.

Yeh that summerizes it just right. Hm okay. I was hoping to find a way around it. So I'll have to change my desktop resolution every time I play the game now.
