Unstable Wifi - Phoenix Freeshard

Hi guys,

SInce a month, I have a big problem with my wifi connection. The LOSS signal become orange and red every 10 sec. Some other PPL thought I was cheatin btw

The problem disappear when I plug an ethernet cable.

Can someone help me with that problem ?

login the admin page of router and try to change frequency

It could be affected by any number of things, none of which the Phoenix staff can help with unfortunately.

How far from your router are you?
Do you have thick walls?
Is the router faulty?
Is your ISP faulty?

My house is 400 years old and the walls are thick stone, WIFI is useless in my home anywhere except for the room that the router is in and the room above.

You can get boosters that plug into your power sockets and use your internal power lines, so one near the router and one near your PC but as far as I know (not tried it in years) you lose some signal doing that too.
