Unexplainable lag and movement speed since I've started here, yet decent latency.

Greetings fellow Phoenixers!

I've brought this issue before GM's and ran a battery of tests and we're still stumped as to what might be causing my poor connectivity and unexplainable lag and slow character movement speed. As it stands, I can play the game however I am only able to move at roughly 40% normal speed. I've asked people to move alongside of me to test and everyone says the same thing, that I'm lagging horribly.

My character animations are fluid and don't appear to lag from my end, however in my game everyone else seems to move in a laggy manner at normal speed. It basically feels like I'm trying to walk, run, jump, and do everything in low gravity where everything is slow motion. Given my extremely slow run speed, it takes me forever to get to point A to point B and there's literally no way I can keep up with groups or RVR like this.

I've attempted to do the following to try and improve my situation:

1. Reinstalled the game twice
2. I've lowered all my graphics settings to various different settings.
3. I've reset my router and restarted my PC.
4. I've checked my latency while standing still and while in motion through various tests using command prompt and pings, all of which usually result in me having a ping of 50-52 ms on the server despite how slow I am in-game. GM's observed this as well and confirmed with me.
5. I've tried movement in different zones, all to the same slow effect.
6. I've made alts to see if any changes in connection or speed were noticeable to no effect.

I've asked in Discord support and asked in-game through the advice channel, and though people were friendly and tried to assist me, no one seems to be having quite the same issue as I am. Has anyone ever heard of or had this experience occur to them? The GM's have been very kind and patient in helping me try and have a normal gameplay experience here on Phoenix, but I was recommended to turn to the forums to seek advice as well in hopes that someone else may have had this experience as well. Can anybody help me?

Situation has been resolved and was the result of incompatible audio drivers installed as a part of the NVIDIA audio driver packages for Windows 7.
