I've been having this issue with removing concentration buff's from other players.
Shift and clicking on the buff does not seem to do anything. I have changed to 3 different UI's (bob's, bysan, and default) and still the same thing is happening.
Didn't change any of my keyboard settings. I asked other people and they have no problem removing buff's from other players.
Any idea's on how to resolve this issue?
