Unable to log in with forum credentials

Hi I have created this forum account and activated however when i try to log in it says account not on file or invalid.

Edit: Try running the launcher as administrator.

Try using the email address as username on the launcher.

I am also getting this same issue and running as admin and using email do not work.

Account invalid or not on file error message at game login means, you either using a wrong account name or password.

Use the name that is shown on the forum (Derren001) as login name + the password.
If in doubt, reset the password: https://forum.playphoenix.online/ucp.php?mode=sendpassword

I am getting the same thing. Tried admin, tried username, tried email. I am getting "Please check your email to verify access."

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

I checked my email. I got it!
