Unable to create a character.

After going through the character creation process on the Hibernia realm my character roster is empty. Every time I attempt making a character after finishing creation there are no characters shown.
EDIT: I have attempted making a character in every realm with the same issue.

I ran into this yesterday after I installed to play Phoenix. The issue was I was choosing invalid race/class combinations. It will let you do this, but when you are done and return to the character select screen... there is no character created.

Make sure you are choosing race/class that are valid for Phoenix. The Client is from DAoC.. so it will show combinations that are not available on Phoenix at this time.

I found this list yesterday http://playphoenix.wiki/phoenix-class-race-combinations/ . If you are choosing a valid race/class then it is something else blocking you.

Thank you. I didn't know it would have unavailable classes to choose from... I really wanted to make a Mauler. Oh well.
