Trying to log in for the first time

Hi there, I have been trying to log in for a little bit now, it keeps saying to check email for access but no email is coming through.
I have tried many times and still nothing. Any chance someone could help me out plz?
Also my account has been activated. Thx so much, Jess

Have you tried this? Ashok has a good guide posted up for problems. I think it was the third or fourth one down for email.
