When I click the app button up top I am taken to this https://prnt.sc/ug9nbt and I can't even get access to download. I am a former player trying to return but I am a bit frustrated that I cant reinstall without the app. I know my email and password are correct but I have no idea how I am supposed to get a new "PIN". Please advise!

Scroll to the bottom of the front page where it says "How to Play on the Phoenix Server" and follow the steps there.
Please note that the app has nothing to do with downloading/installing the client.
