The Moonstone Twin (epic) (level 50)

Caithor has not spawned for the 3 or 4 (real time) hours that I've he is suppose to spawn next to the Mystical Steed, I've searched CF as well as others. Am I missing something?

Hey Myolich,

right now the mob is up and awaiting his next challenger.
In general we took a look on Caithor and has a fixed respawn timer of 10 minutes.

If you did wait, lets say 20 minutes (2 respawn intervals) please raise an /appeal in-game and we will take a look.
Also take a look at the close proximity because they may have been kited away from the spawn area.
