The destination zone could not be loaded

For some reason, I ported to Snowdonia fortress, and immediately after walking outside, I received the error: "The destination zone could not be loaded. Please hit Esc to exit the game."

I've tried logging back in, and I get this message every time for my character Nibbels, who shows as being in Snowdonia on the character screen.

Any ideas here?

Edit: Forgot to mention, I have already tried running phoenixfixr.exe and downgrading.
