I got this message today, not when I logged in, but when I zoned to NF. never had this message before so just curious if anyone knows why.

It look like a false positive, i would suggest you exclude the daoc directory from being scanned by your antivirus. You will also get some perfomance enhancements by doing so.

delve.txt is in the EA\Dark Age of Camelot path under Documents... so yes, it should make changes to its own file.
