Stuck here pic included

Hi all! I just found out about DAOC Phoenix! I would love to start playing but having a small issue. I've followed the directions, but After I create my new account and login, It gets stuck at the loading screen at 95%, music is still running. Im running the Phoenix app in Admin mode. I've tried to include a pic to help. Anyone encountered this with some advice?

Try this:

1. open your phoenix daoc folder
2. click the phoenixfixer.exe in that folder
3. click the "downgrade" button
4. start the phoenix launcher again

It's an easy choice. Best realm is Midgard!
