I've been having the "stuck at 95%" loading problem when going to character selection. If you are using a custom UI like I am, try this;
>Create a New Folder on your Desktop
>Move your "custom" folder out of the "ui" folder, into the New Folder on your Desktop.
>Launch (loaded to 100% for me)
>Alt-Tab while in the Character Selection screen
>Move the "custom" folder back into the "ui" folder.
>Go back to the Character Selection, make sure in your options that the skins are still set to "Custom"
>Good to go.
*I can't guarantee your custom UI settings won't get altered!*
