Stuck at 90% loading - any ideas?

Hey hey! After restart, my friend and I are both stuck at 90% loading once we launch the game. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes am having the same issue as well....I use the official DAOC launcher seems some files are patched and switch to Phoenix one and am stuck at 90%

I launched the live DAOC launcher and closed it immediately, then re-ran the phoenix launcher and it let me in.
