Spells changing on quickbar on leveling or training

Hi,

So noticed a weird issue playing my cleric... Ill have 3 heals (non spec small heal & large) then the one specd heal.. A few levels now ill notice either upon leveling or training (havent noticed when it happens) ill randomly get a spell or buff replaced by something else without moving anything. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue but thought id bring it up.

Happens on my healer class as well and seen other people complaining about it. Seems to be a big around buffs.

I'm not sure if it's a known bug by the devs, but it does stop after level 20.

Pretty sure the devs are aware of this bug, It's been happening since beta.

I don't think there's a solution for it though, just keep checking your spells until 50.

No need to check til 50, it does stop at 20 and I believe it only affects buff related classes.

I had an issue yesterday when my pbae spell started to hit for much lower then usual, around 50 dmg when I usually hit for 200+ on the same mobs we were fighting. The icon on the hot bar was still the highest level spell, and I had to remove the spell and put a new icon to get it to work again. I was not res sick.
