In a nutshell,
1. Install daoc from their website
2. Create a Phoenix account (forum)
3. Install Phoenix launcher (login based on phoenix acct)
4. Feed me RPs
Only problems you might run into is if you're running a newer version of .Net. This will manifest itself when the game tries to launch. Check that link from above for solutions. It's pretty straight forward.
