Server down? Cant login - Phoenix Freeshard

Is the Server down at the moment? When i try to start the Phenix.exe the cllient trys to patching files but then the message pops up "repeadetly trying to update launcher files, make sure your antivirus does not move files away and try to launch again".

Is it because of the new Launcher that will release later that day?

If you cant login/launcher doesnt work correctly -->

"please launch PhoenixPatcher.exe once and then the Phoenix.exe should work"

it works now
start launcher.exe in daoc Folder then use normal pheonix launcher. you uave to verify email link that you receive after login

i can`t loggin from the PC i always did it. But it works from my Laptop. Any aadvice what i need to do on my old Vista PC to logg in again? message is:

win 32 error 127

Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden.

Was never a problem until today.

Updating live and then using PhoenixPatcher.exe works. I was able to log in easily after secondary email verification
