return player cant connect

in Support Center

when i connect to loading screen it stops at 95% and sais to hit escape, need help

If you have trouble logging in after updating to the latest live version, do the following:

1. open your phoenix daoc folder
2. click the phoenixfixer.exe in that folder
3. click the "downgrade" button
4. start the phoenix launcher again

Had the same problem of the status bar going to 95% and stalling. Did the downgrade and when I try to log in I get a 'Renderer Creation Failed".
Any ideas?
