Recurve Bow+ stats

On Hib We are not getting the + to skill from Recurve Bow as a + Stat, Maybe either all Recurve stats need to be changed to just Archery or the stat itself needs to be activated please help!

I am not really understanding what the problem is:

are you not getting +bowskill when equipping an item with +archery?

are you not getting +bowskill when equipping an item with +bowskill?


PS: additionally, there is a cap on +skills depending on your characterlevel. At lvl50 the most you can get from items is +11skill. If you are above that already equipping another item with that stat would not increase your boni further

I think you are referring to + Archery and + Recurve bow on items. Both give you plus skill level in Recurve bow. I know I used an SC +Recurve item and it works fine, are you sure you aren't capped on +skill for your level?

There was a bug where items with +Recurve were not affecting your archery stat (like the SI necklace quest bow). However that was fixed early in Beta...unless it has reappeared.
