Rearranged my characters.. where'd they go?

EDIT: with the help of a GM, we found them. Thank you!

I used the /rearrange tool to fix the order of the characters, moved them around from 113 to 100, etc.. I logged back in using the page "1" and region "US2-SF" all my characters seem to be missing. I've been cycling through and haven't been able to find them.

Help!

Shouldn’t 100 be on page 0?

Could you give some info on how you solved the issue, so that people can learn from it, or find the solution here when they search for this issue?
