RAs for all my characters mismatch - names to effects

Example:

Long Wind on all my characters is not functioning and it's tool tip reports that it "Reduces Rez Sick duration"

I am not. Recent server restart has not remedied this - guild mates confirmed my issue on their own chars before i posted this

This is prob just a visual issue, the effects should work properly.
