"this app can't run on your PC" error

Running Windows 10 on Bootcamp and getting this error message after upgrading iOS to High Sierra. I tried disabling Smart Screen, troubleshooting compatibility, etc. Any suggestions?

Create new virtual Environment, Install from scratch, if this dont work ask Apple 🤔😅

I tried to log in today and received this message. I am on a windows comp. Something updated when I started my phoenix game. I had clicked on the short cut to log in and when i walked back into the room something was updating and when it was all done and i clicked on the icon once again it said it couldn't run on this pc.
