"Please check your email to verify access"

This is the error I get when I try to login via the "Phoenix Login.exe" window.

Am I missing something? I followed the 4 steps shown on this page: https://playphoenix.online/

I even tried clicking on the link in the email provided to activate my account... multiple times. Every time it says:
"You have already activated your account."
And then auto-sends me to the forum home page, and logged into my account.

Thanks for the help in advance, sorry if I missed something simple and obvious.

I forgot to mention I also tried uninstalling the game / login client, and reinstalling them from scratch. Same error both times.

Got it to work. Somehow I just kept opening/closing the login client. Got a new link via email, clicked the link, and that worked.

hello, i have the same Problem...can anyone help me? but would be great for expaining in german, my english is not the best. Thx

Going to ride this thread; is there any need for email beyond the initial forum activation?
Will you end up locked out of the account pending another confirmation mail for any reason ever?

(and if so is there any email service around not fishing for phone numbers?)

2 activations are required in order to play.

First after initial account creation (aka "forum activation"
Second on first game server login (aka "client verification".

The 1st one is permanent.
The 2nd one is tied to your computer and must be refreshed every few weeks or whenever a new computer is used to access the game account (we've added this to raise the general security level).

Also the email sent for the second activiation is only valid for 30 minutes, starting from the moment you try to login.
While those 30 minutes "tick", no new mail will be send.
