"Account not on file or invalid" PLS help

I read the manual and installed everything like this.
I can also log in to the forum. If I start the launcher, enter my data and click on "login" I get this error message: "Account not on file or invalid".

What am I doing wrong?
Please help

This message comes when the login name or password is wrong.

I use the same login as for the forum, there it goes!
But in the Phoenix launcher comes the error message .

this happens to me when I'm not looking for uppercase and lowercase letters. if that does not help I'm sorry then you can only help support. You can also change your password. then it should be synonymous, forum and ingame are the same. good luck best regards

Try the mail address used to register the account as "username" on login.

Sometimes the launcher has issues recognizing special characters even though the forum doesnt. If you have special characters then it's likely to be a culprit.
