is the proc rate of the frigid azure crusher (dragon item) as it should be? Because its the d/q debuff proc on the same value as shadow walker sword but useable at level 41. it procs at average every 20th swing ... sometimes almost at 30 swings without proc.
(tested on puppets - counted as proc even when resisted!)
At this state this (20k feathers) item is almost useless...
maybe its because of the level 41 but if so ... why not making it to level 50 like shadow walker sword...
