Hello,

after I changed my old motherboard to a new "Gigabyte AORUS Master" and installed Win10 /64/Pro instead of Win7/64 Bit, I am having some issues with the game.

If I start the game then sometimes it stops at 95% wile Loading and it displays : "Hit ESC to exit the game"

One other thing is: If daoc is loading I can here the sound/ music correct, afterlogin with a charcter there is no more sound . I am wondering if it has something to do
because I am using now the sound via HDMI cable to the monitor, instead of DVI cable and stereo jack cable .

Edit: Meanwhile I found out that the sound is working in "Full-Screen Windowed", not that good since you cant set different resolution's.

Any ideas what could help ?

Everyone is having this problem for a couple of days now.

When you click the sound volume in the taskbar, how many volume options do you get? If you get more than 1 than your PC is detecting multiple audio devices. You might want to change the default one to be the HDMI. If you only have one volume option than rename you DAoC folder by putting an X in front of the folder name and try reinstalling. I am thinking that the game might have registered your old sound card and is not clearing. Maybe instead you can try to play with the config files but I am at work and cant take a look right now.
