Possible to customize appearance?

Once you've already made a character, the customize option is still there. I've tried a couple times, but when I go to enter the game, the client crashes, and when I come back, the changes I've made are gone. Does that mean the customize option is now available here?

Changing appearance after character creation is (currently) not possible.

There are a number of features and race/class combinations in the client that we do not support (mostly due to our server setting / patch level)- this is one of them.

Is there plans to eventually make it possible? For me and some others, it's an important QoL--especially if you like to flip flop between classic models and Catacombs models. I know it's probably not top priority because it's not game-breaking, but would love to know if it's eventually in the works.
