Please check your email to verify access.

Hello,

I always get the error message "please check your email to verify access" when I want to login on the server. I have not been playing on Phoenix, yet, so first timer.
I have followed the installation instruction and the troubleshooting instructions from the thread further down (verified my email, when I click on the link again, I get the message "your account is already activated", restarted the PC multiple times, running the phoenix launcher as admin) but nothing works for me. Is there anything else I can do?

The verify email when logging in is different from the activation email the forum sends out, however, since you received the activation email it means you should be receiving the other mails as well. Check your spam folder.

Issue solved, the second mail did land in the spam folder... thanks a lot!
