I'm having trouble following the directions. I have an updated version of DaoC. I do not see an installation folder in those files. Ive put the phoenix zip file and extracted it in the original DaoC file, on desktop and moved it there and other places. Can anyone give me a detailed how-to? Its not working for me. It tells me to move the launcher into DoaC folder but I have and it does nothing.

So it should look like this right?
Then just launch phoenix.exe for it to start patching.
Make sure to have antivirus off in case it blocks it, and try running it as Admin.

I do appreciate the quick reply, thank you! BUT when I extract the files I have none of those actually.
my files don't have .exe at the end either
