Phoenix.exe does nothing

So i have done all steps to prepare the game...Daoc updated by Camelot.exe...Phoenix files in Daoc Folder...(Win7)

Now by using Phoenix.exe or PhoenixPatcher.exe simply nothing happens..

PhoenixPatcher.exe just lets pop up a small black window for a half sec...thats it...

All other games / programs no problem..

Any ideas on that at all plz? Thx
