PhoenixConnect.exe - Entry point not found

Hello Guys,

I'm new here and trying to get the game up and running but, when I launch the phoenix.exe, i get an error from the launcher :

The procedure entry point ucrtbase.abort could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-runtime-|1-1-0.dll .

Any ideas of what's all about ?
