Phoenix Launcher Login - "Account not on file or invalid"

Same issue as the other forum post except I don't have any special characters in my password to resolve the issue, anyone have any ideas?

Got this too, triple checked my info was correct...forum lets me in perfectly, but game, not at all.

Sounds like there is still a mismatch in what kind of passwords are allowed on the forum and the game client, try a password without special characters to confirm (just change the forum password). It would be great if you could let us know which special characters still aren't working.

I've seen this problem a few times in this forum. If they above does not work, a few people are launching the wrong .exe

Try both of these solutions and let us know if you are still having issues.

I am receiving the same error message. I had used the "Resend verification email" option, which ultimately told me it is already confirmed. I logged into the forum with the same password I have had since I made the account (and have used for most of the month). Is the only option to make a new password and hope for the best?

Same thing here. My PAssword doesnt use any special characters and havent changed anything from last time. Just suddenly unable to log in.

I changed it 2 hours ago that you have to verify your account / email address before it accepts the username / password as game login. You should have access to the game about a minute or two after the verification.

same issue, but I can't even log on my forum account either, I had to create a new one to post this!

Since today i get the following messsage from the launcher:

Cant login, didnt switch anything. Starting same exe as i did before. It says im not authorized?

and just FYI, I don't have any special charaters in my password, so I don't think that is the case.

When I login with my account on the forum (Note this is a new one I created, because I can't even login on the board with my account) I get the following message:

"The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator."

It was activated and I've been using it for some days now

I managed to get in after re-sending the activation key again, but the error in the phoenix lanucher could be better to be honest!

And I did activate the account when I joined ?

I couldnt log in to my account in-game or on forums just now. (I made this 2nd account, just to write a reply on this topic).
What fixed it for me, was i found the old activation email that was sent to me when creating the account, and used the activation link again, and then it worked.
I can log in - in-game, and on forum now again.

Same Problem here, cant login but if i klick on the eEmail Link again to Aktivate my Account it works.....
