Phoenix Launcher Login - "Account not on file or invalid"

Hello - I setup my forum account a few days ago, and validated my email. Since then, I have not been able to login to the Phoenix launcher. I'm using the same credentials which I am currently logged into the forum. For some reason though, I am getting an error "Account not on file or invalid" when I try to login.

Any thoughts on possible resolutions?

The game doesn't go live until 12pm CET tomorrow. (that's 6am Eastern)

Try again in another 18 hours and 18 minutes.

That doesn't seem right. Just because the game server is closed you shouldn't get a message saying your account is invalid. Are you sure you're using the right account and password?

I used to get those sporadically during beta. Normally re-trying would work.

Or probably the forum database hasn't synced with the login server yet, so it won't recognize it yet.

yeah, I validated that all my friends can get past that screen this morning.

I created the account 3 days ago, and figured it might take some time to propagate, so didn't think much of it. This morning though, makes 3 days, and there are a couple people who have signed up since then, and made it right through that screen, so I'm wondering if it's something with my account.

Found the issue. The Forum supports special characters in passwords, but not the launcher. removed special characters, and just went straight alpha-numeric, and I'm in.
