Not receiving the mail / 2 factor authentication

Halp!
I tried to log in - got the message to check my mail to verify and no email in my inbox from Phoenix (other new mails are coming through, sent a testmail which was there immediately). It's not in the spamfilter. Any chance to help me out? Would be great bc this is my only day off from work this week :/

p.s.: just saw the thread below with the same problem, if it helps to nail down the issue: also a Deutsche Telekom customer here...
