Not loading

The game launches etc. I'm a returning player, fresh install. When the game loads I get the loading bar on the splash page. The bar gets to | | that much to load and just stops. No error, no program not responding issue etc.

Any ideas?

I fixed it, should have read pinned up top. I had to downgrade using the fixer exe.
