No email access confirmation

Hi, i have got a problem with email connection.

When i click on login the message is "Two factor authentication required. Please check your email and spam folder."

I dont receive any email from. How can i resolve this problem?

hey everyone I figured out the no email two factor authentication bug
my second computer is used for photoshop alot. apparently adding lots of extra USB hard drives and CF card has the effect of reordering drives within Windows 10. I unplugges mu USB Hub w/ like 6 drives on it, rebooted and it works. no prompt for email or two factor authentication, logged in just fine.
