Muted

Hi sorry to post this but can the GM's not be 200% stricked? Ive been muted for absolutly nothing, this guy claims to be a gm and everybody trolls him, i said a couple things not rude or disrespectful and i get muted. I mean this type of situations are killing people gaming experiences on this server. Now i cant do raids, cant do rvr really nothing to do but solo pve for god knows how long. I understand that gm have a job to do but i have see far worse and people keep chatting so maybe gm's could maybe warn people not shoot first ask questions later. All i said after GM Saibaba said he was a gm was that he was impersonating a gm which i see many say that same thing so i thought he was trolling. I have tried appeal and even pm on discord apologising for this and ive been ignored. After 30 minutes wait this GM replies saying that now i know whos the GM, i mean who acts like that, talk about being professional, seems he was more worried that i didnt know who he was so this punishment is over the top.
