Mouse cursor changer ?

As my eyes are not as good as they were 15 years ago I have some issues to track my mouse some time. Are programs like Yolomouse (https://pandateemo.github.io/YoloMouse/index.html) authorized or will I risk a ban if I use them ?

I did not test it and I don't know if it is allowed, but it looks like it's easy to change or edit the cursor
