Minstrel Aura Effect

I purchased an aura effect for my harp which works but when i move the toon the aura effect is cancelled. BUG? If not a bug may i have my BP's returned to me as it is quite useless as is. Also is there no way to Dye harps?

Harps can be dyed with regular dye. About your effect: open a bug report pls and we will look into it and see if we can fix it (if it is broken).
