Merchant Sellback housing

Hello!

I recently made the mistake of buying the healer NPC for my personal house (3PP) thinking it was 3GP. I tried to sell it back but it would not let me.

Please as I do not want the healer for 3PP. IS there any way to sell this?

I believe you can sell it back at any standard merchant (not within your house).
