does the freeze happen when you move your mouse? I experience this issue and the fix for me is lowering my mouses poll rate from 1000 to 500

Daoc frequently loads small files when first encountering things, see if disabling realtime anti virus checks helps, if it does exclude the daoc folder from it.

Hey back! Thx for your answer.
I have very low dpi on mouse, so i will try but i dont think it s that. I forgot to say all is up to date, windows, GC deiver etc... i will check anti virus, but i never has pb with daoc since the begining of this game with that...

I had test some compatibility, some old driver GC, switching mouse, without anti virus, without firewall, switch hdd, turn off free sync, direct x up to date, same net framework... dont know what i can do more...

Hey mate,

I have a fresh computer too I got high freeze, done fresh install, downgrade drivers and things like that didn't work.
As said a guy earlier this is link to your mouse DPI, I use a razer and in my software I reduce my dpi to the slowest possible and it work good now.
You can make a test by activate mouse pointer trails.

Cheers

Hey, I had the same issue and I tried everything u did but nothing worked. I had the game installed on HDD drive and OS was on SSD. So I decided to make a fresh windows installation and reinstalling the game in SSD. Now i dont have freezes anymore. hope that helps u too.
