Login /Patch problems - Phoenix Freeshard

When trying to login the patch bar stops at 95% the it saying loading.

Any Suggestions

could be your anti-virus or firewall stopping the process... I'd check both.

What client version is visible during login in the top left corner? One of the last steps during load is the versioning comparison.
We are aware of a version conflict affecting couple of players, making them unable to load the game.

My friend is having the same problem. he tried to re-install the game several times but always gets the patch 1.125b that was released yesterday 23rd april.

Any solutions for this issue please?

After trying the entire day to get inside the game, my efforts where worthless, gave firewall permissions to the game, reinstalled again from scratch the daoc client and followed all the steps of phoenix site that was giving me a patch of 1,125d in conflict with the live patch that were 1.124d, after i updated the live patch from camelot.exe to patch 1,125d to be coherence with phoenix launcher patch. gave also a try with the daoc folder from a friend , that had any problem all day logging in, that send me via net and even like that i could not pass the entire day the 95 percent of the logging screen. after 10 hrs of trying i give up and hope tomorrow the problem is fixed.

Effective immediately, the launcher will no longer download all files required to play on our server.

This obviously puts us in a bad position regarding new players; however, if you are able to connect today, you will be able to continue playing as it is and nothing changes for you.

At the moment we are discussing and evaluating our options and will update the community as soon as we come to a result.

This solution worked for me.

Downloaded the files on the google drive link and replaced the files in the destination folder.

Switched my NordVPN to Germany.

Loaded 100% to Character Screen.

I dont see this google drive either lol.

Link was deleted and shouldn't be necessary any longer. Just download the "new" client today.

downloaded the step 3 files to my folder overwritten and pheonix has stopped working then crash - i have tried deleting all the pheonix files - it says updating and then halts, after deleting the files a few times and relaunching the game again goes to 95% saying game is closed. version 1.124b

any work around appreciated

Why does Phoenix allow file update?

Wouldn’t it be better to keep it at a specific release?
