I was able to login this morning after 95% loading issue, after it asked for verification email again stating I had a new IP address I hope I'm not getting banned or anything idk whats wrong I logged in today it worked then I log out for a few minutes to take a break from the game and I try to log back on and Same 95% loading screen issue. Now I cant fix it.

someone in my guild also got held in limbo on a loading screen just now.. not sure what's the culprit.

Don't know if this helps GM's but I primarily use my laptops at work and play DAoC Phoenix with them at home. I am able to login at work, but not at home. I got a lot of work done today
