Hello, I just downloaded Phoenix for the first time and I have verified on email, I’m getting a message on login screen that says “Account not on file or invalid” any suggestions to fix this please, and I am not banned or hope I would t be as this is the first time I have ever tried to login

Are you sure you are using the phoenix.exe file and not the camelot.exe file?
