I got a new PC and I'm getting a windows error when attempting to launch Phoenix.exe "This app cant run on your PC" any solutions/ideas?

First thing you should check is that the phoenix executable is not being blocked by your AV software

If this not the issue then search for This app cant run on your PC on the web, there are many causes for this, and you will need to find the relevant cause.
