login error

I don't believe this, it's been almost 3 days and now still no response or reply to this one or the other one in support section. Here's whats really weird, I created a new account and that one I can log in but not on this account? So this makes me think that my character is banned but if so then why was I banned without explanation? I didn't get any notification on this, nor do I see my name in the bans section so why am I getting this weird "Something interesting happened... please try again" error?

I've tried resetting my router, re-powered modem, I tried running the patch to make sure everythings updated. I mean cmon you guys are supposed to be on top of this, youre about to lose a really devoted fan here, who waits 3 days for help and not get 1 response? Looks like I might have to go back to eq or wow, I dunno man, it's really disappointing and maybe this is why the population is declining? I hope it rebounds and I want you guys to succeed I really do, but help me out here!
