Log in problem(no Ban)

Hi

i am faceing the following problem,
when i try to log into the game i get the loading screen form daoc
the loading bar is just before the end when i get the message:

Error Accessing User Account
Hit ESC to exit the game...

I updated every driver on my pc still no chance to get into the game
may Someone else has the same problem and solved it.
